All three models are equipped for mobile event and rental use. The main differences are in the housing, appearance and transport design – our Studio software comes with every new complete system.

DSLR camera with lens, PC, touchscreen, studio flash with continuous light, transport case and personal initial training. You also receive Full version of FotoboxShop24 Studio with a lifetime perpetual licence and 10,000 cloud credits – no monthly software licence fee.
Your licence code and setup information come with the photo booth. Local photo capture and prints do not use cloud credits; activation and cloud features require internet access. Additional credits are available separately as needed. Get to know Studio and the guest experience.

Exactly what is included depends on your model and chosen configuration. Activation and cloud features require internet access. The questions on the right are a purchasing guide, not a blanket statement about other providers.
Financing and purchasing on account
Financing is available through PayPal, Klarna or TARGOBANK – depending on the country, availability and the provider's assessment. For TARGOBANK, we arrange an appointment and go through the required details together.
Public institutions and large companies can order on account after contacting us and having this enabled. Formal quotations and electronic invoices, including XRechnung, are available.
Software ohne Abo: Cloud-Credits einfach erklärt
FotoboxShop24 Studio ist eine vollwertige Software mit lebenslanger Dauerlizenz. Fotoaufnahme, Vorlagen und lokaler Fotodruck sind dauerhaft ohne monatliche Software-Lizenzgebühr nutzbar. Bei jeder neuen Fotobox und jedem neuen Fotospiegel als Komplettsystem sind die Lizenz und 10.000 Start-Credits dabei.
Cloud-Credits sind Guthaben für die digitale Bildweitergabe über unsere integrierte Cloud: QR-Fotouploads, Cloud-E-Mails und Online-Freigaben. Lokale Fotos und Ausdrucke verbrauchen keine Cloud-Credits. Wenn du die Cloud-Funktionen nicht nutzt, verbrauchst du auch keine Credits.
Wie weit reichen 10.000 Cloud-Credits?
Ein QR-Fotoupload kostet 2 Credits, eine Cloud-E-Mail 1 Credit. 10.000 Credits reichen daher bei ausschließlicher Nutzung für 5.000 QR-Fotouploads oder 10.000 Cloud-E-Mails. Nutzt du beide Funktionen, addiert sich der Verbrauch.
Ein Beispiel für 20 Events: rund 4,49 € Cloudkosten je Event
Bei 250 QR-Fotouploads je Event werden 500 Credits verbraucht. Ein Paket mit 10.000 Credits reicht dann für 20 Events. Beim aktuellen Paketpreis von 89,80 € inklusive MwSt. entspricht das rechnerisch 4,49 € pro Event. Das ist ein Brutto-Rechenbeispiel, keine feste Eventpauschale; deine tatsächlichen Kosten hängen von der Nutzung ab. Preisstand: 13.10.2026.
Warum kein monatliches Software-Abo?
Für deine Studio-Dauerlizenz fällt keine monatliche Grundgebühr an – auch nicht in Monaten ohne Veranstaltungen. Zusätzliche Cloud-Credits kaufst du nur nach Bedarf. Druckmaterial und andere Betriebskosten sind davon unabhängig.
