For your day-to-day mobile event work
Do you rent out your photo booth or take it to different events? Our systems are designed for mobile event and rental use, with matching flight cases included. Alongside the system itself, plan for printers, accessories and the route from your vehicle to the setup area. This helps you choose equipment that suits your work.

Our own photo booth software for Windows
With FotoboxShop24 Studio, you can prepare your event, design the guest experience and combine capture, photo printing and digital photo sharing. The full version is included with every photo booth or photo mirror complete system sold.
Create events and adapt templates and guest screens to your occasion. Give every event its own look.
Combine photo capture with your layouts and photo printing. Local captures and prints do not use cloud credits. A printer is available as an option.
Use cloud galleries, QR uploads and cloud emails to share memories digitally. Usage is charged to your cloud credits.
Use the gallery and slideshow to show the photos taken. Individual shots become shared memories of your event.
Every hardware complete system sold comes with a lifetime licence for the full version of FotoboxShop24 Studio and 10,000 cloud credits. There is no monthly fee for the software licence. Usage-based cloud features are separate: if you need more credits, you can buy an additional credit package.
A QR upload uses 2 credits; a cloud email uses 1 credit. That means 10,000 credits cover up to 5,000 QR uploads if used exclusively for that purpose. Cloud emails reduce the remaining number of possible QR uploads accordingly. Local photo capture and prints do not use cloud credits. The number of events covered therefore depends on which cloud features you use and how often.
You need an internet connection for activation and to use the cloud features. Plan to activate the software before your first event and check the venue's connection for digital photo sharing. Our Studio support offers guides and personal assistance.

Depending on the model and weight, we deliver by parcel service or freight carrier. Photo mirrors and larger systems are shipped on a pallet. We arrange the delivery details with you. Please discuss any special requirements concerning access, receipt or timing with us before placing your order.
